Completion of the landfill removes the Phu Cat airbase from the list of dioxin hotspot in Viet Nam. |

More than 13,000 citizens assess provincial governance and public administration performance.Ha Noi, 3 May 2012 – In results from a nationwide survey launched today, Quang Binh, Ba Ria Vung Tau and Long An are assessed by their citizens as three of Viet Nam’s top-performing provinces in terms of governance and public administration. Long An in the Mekong Delta is the only province that is systematically ranked at the top of all six governance dimensions measured in the survey.
