Project Stakeholders

The VIE/02/007 is a nationally executed project with multiple stakeholders. The project donors include the United Nations Development Programme, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and the Canadian Agency for Cooperation and Development. At national level the project beneficiaries include the National Assembly and the Office of the National Assembly. At provincial level the beneficiaries include People's Councils from 15 provinces. Other stakeholders of the project include Government Aid Control Agencies, which are Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Planning and Investment, and Ministry of Finance. Project stakeholders also include other state agencies and service providers.

The project is managed by the Office of the National Assembly with technical support of UNDP.
